Mistake or bad marketing?

Across the pond, in the UK, Disney was selling a five-pack of girl's panties. On one pair, a reference to the "High School Musical" phrase "Dive In!" was printed on the front. Naturally, parents went crazy. Disney released a statement:

"Unfortunately, an oversight was made and the text on the underwear was used out context,” Disney said in a statement. “This product will not be part of any forthcoming collections and the remaining product has been removed from shelves.”

Ya think!?
