A few thoughts...from the shower...

I couldn't remember whether I had posted anything about my Aunt's mother's passing, so if I have, then just bear with me...

Mrs. Strepay always had a smile on her face and a laugh in the air, from what I knew of her. Though it has been years since I saw her last, I know exactly what she looked like the last time I did see her. We never spoke much, mainly because we weren't really in the same places at the same times, but the few times we talked, she was laughing or smiling and spoke kindly to me. I know her passing is very hard on my Aunt Patty and family. I will always remember her fondly.

On a much different note, as I was getting ready for work this morning, I couldn't remember whether or not I had washed my hair.... Yes, as I am *IN* the shower, I can't remember if I washed my hair! At first, I just did the simple 'run your fingers through your hair' test. Head was wet. Well, that doesn't necessarily mean I actually WASHED it, because I shaved, and I put my head under the water to help get the excess shaving cream off... I look up at the bottle... Do I remember reaching up and getting it down? Hmm.. Well, not really, but then again, it's not something I usually make a conscious effort to think about, ya know? I run my fingers through my hair again, and it doesn't really feel like I washed it.. I mean, I don't have that 'conditioner' feel, ya know? So, I figure I'll just go ahead and wash it. Either way, it'll be clean or SUPER clean, right? :-)

Of course, after I washed my hair, I thought about something else... What if I accidentally washed my body with my shaving cream? See, I have one of those 'puffy things.' I use Axe body wash, which early in the morning resembles my Gillette shaving gel bottle.... For the record, I did *NOT* wash my body with my shaving cream... It was just a thought - what if *I* had....

That, naturally, led to this: Nair. Do they have Nair for guys? Not for the body, I mean for their face? Man, that would be great stuff.... I hate shaving. Hate it with a passion. If I thought I would look okay as Grizzly Adams, I wouldn't bother shaving at all... Alas, that is not the case.

And, since my train of thought was at full speed ahead, this popped in there: I read yesterday that the guy (Roscoe Lee Browne) who did the narrator's voice for "Babe" (the pig movies) died. I didn't know who he was until I saw his picture....
