The truck l...Really slowly would be good, to start. The truck looks really clean, which is also a very good start.I've never seen your truck clean before! But, once you decided where you were putting the decal(s), you should have taken a sprayer bottle with water and about 3 drops of dish liquid in it, swished it so it mixed but didn't make suds, then sprayed it on the truck (which turned out to be the hood). Then you lay out the decal, adhesive down, (having taken off the wax paper backing)like you are putting on, but don't press it in place. just let is "float" on the water sprayed area. Then make sure it is exactly where you want it. Then use the pinky side of your hand and "squeegie" the water out along 1 edge. Once you make sure that that has stuck pretty well, then use a burnisher--or the back of a comb or a plastic putty knife and squeegie the water from the center of the decal out to the edges.Be very careful doing this if the decal does not have masking on the front of it.
